Hello Apple Team,

I spent quite a lot of money in the game “Order & Chaos Online“. However, in the last 2 months, it was/is possible to get the in-app purchases or free due to a kind of glitch / bug / hack or whatever it is. This game, Order & Chaos Online, is an online game and it is absolutely not fun and not fair if I am paying a significant amount of money in order to get certain items and to be competitive while other players can get them for free. The developer of the game is “gameloft” and does NOT provide support at all. It is unbelievable how much they seem to NOT care about its customers. Besides the in-app purchases hack, the last update also brought a lot of graphics bugs, which make they game even less enjoyable. Once again, I spent a lot of money on this game, but there is absolutely no way that I can enjoy this game anymore with all this things mentioned above. I feel treated unfair, because I need to spent a huge amount of money for something that others get for free, because the graphics simply are horrible since the last update in December and because gameloft does NOT care about its paying customers. I would therefore like to kindly ask you for a refund for my last four in-app purchases in December and beginning of January because I won’t continue playing this game anymore.
